The computer code is shown in the desktop app under “Licence on this computer”. Each computer’s activation file is valid for one year; before it expires, come back here and download it again — you can do that on any computer with internet access and carry the file over on a USB stick.
One seat covers 2 computers. When you replace a computer, remove the one you no longer use first; you can remove computers yourself twice a year, and after that please email us. If an “updates until” date is shown above, that is the update deadline; only builds released after it need a renewal.
Verification happens on your own computer; the desktop app never goes online.

Move license.nccs to this computer and import it; verification happens locally, with no network access. If downloads are blocked, paste the activation code instead — line breaks do not matter.
